The Art of Dreaming

I am a strong dreamer and dreaming is an important source of creativity and guidance for me. I am excited to be working on a new series of paintings inspired by my dreams. I am also in process of developing a new workshop to help others be inspired to create using thier dreams as guidance- more to come soon- stay tuned!

A Spiritual Journey

I returned from an amazing workshop in the high desert. Wonderment and peace are the two words I have for this time I took to honor all that has been deeply loved - and to now

continue on this amazing journey which is my life.

Fall and the moon

I grew up in Ohio where Fall announced itself with bright leaves, crisp air and apples. I loved the fall and the deep comfort I felt wrapped in cozy sweaters just warm enough as I walked across town to see friends.

San Diego fall brings the moon and bright sunsets, cooler breezes and comfort as I move into the turn of another year. This one was deeply challenging and transformational. Thankful for my art and my loved ones and what's yet to come.

Equinox

The equinox happened this week - and the door opened for me into a new chapter. I feel ready to fully jump in to my life now- both feet. Here is a new painting I just finished- love working with color and paint
